Our mission is to connect families to the vital resources, services and programs their children need to thrive and live to their fullest potential.

Is Horizons to Hope a service provider?
No. Horizons to Hope is not a direct service provider. We are a resource and information hub that helps families find and connect with trusted organizations, programs, and supports.
What kind of resources are available on your website?
Our website provides access to:

• Community supports and advocacy information

Is there a cost to use Horizons to Hope?

Yes. We welcome suggestions for programs, providers, and organizations that support children with developmental disability and mental illness. Do you offer crisis or emergency services?
No. Horizons to Hope does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or contact your local crisis services immediately.
