Parent to Parent of Pennsylvania (P2P of PA)

Peer-to-peer support — matching families of children/adults with disabilities or special needs with volunteer “support parents” who have had similar experiences. Helps with emotional support, navigating services, connecting with others, sharing resources.
PA Parent & Family Alliance:

PA Parent & Family Alliance provides free, statewide support to parents and caregivers whose children (or young adults) are dealing with mental-health, emotional, behavioral, learning or social challenges.
Their services include one-on-one support via a Family Support Partner (FSP) — a trained parent/caregiver with lived experience who listens, offers guidance, helps navigate services (mental-health, school systems, social services, etc.), and supports families through challenges.
Bucks County Parent

A comprehensive directory of inclusive, sensory-friendly, and adaptive programs and resources for children of all abilities in Bucks County. Offers listings for special-needs service providers, recreational activities, nonprofits, and accessible attractions to support families raising children with developmental or behavioral differences.

CPS of Bucks County

CSP is a coalition of people receiving mental-health services, their family members, mental-health providers, and community stakeholders — working with the county’s behavioral-health department to improve community-based services, supports, and inclusion.
It offers a forum for individuals and families to share experiences, influence service delivery and policy, and help shape supports for mental health and developmental needs in Bucks County.
