We’re so glad you found us. As parents of a child with intellectual and mental health disabilities, we know how hard it can be to find the right support and understanding. That’s why we created Horizons to Hope: a space built by parents, for parents, where families like ours can find encouragement, connection, and hope.

Whether this journey is new for you or something you’ve been walking for years, you are not alone. Our mission is to make things a little easier by sharing resources, services, and stories that can truly make a difference for your child and your family.

If there’s a provider, service, or program that has helped your family and isn’t listed here yet, we’d love to know about it. Use our “Add a Community Resource” form to share it and help another family on their path.
